The access roads to Mount Teide are open again

The passage has been impossible due to presence of snow and ice on roads.

The Island Council of Tenerife has reopened all the accesses to the Mount Teide once the road refurbishment work has been completed after the frost left by the passage of an isolated depression through the archipelago.

According to the island authority, it is now possible to access the summit of the island via La Esperanza (TF-24), La Orotava (TF-21) and Boca Tauce (TF-38).
