The event will be held between 24 and 26 March in Hall 8 of Montjuïc de Fira de Barcelona exhibition centre under the slogan ‘Where your journey begins'”, as informs the trade fair organisation.
The show aims to mark “the starting point of the year’s tourism campaign for both Catalan travellers and sector professionals”.
Also present will be Turisme de Barcelona, the Community of Madrid and Vitoria-Gasteiz, as well as Croatia, France, Italy and Portugal, with Andorra and Estonia as novelties, and countries from North Africa, America, such as Argentina, or the Caribbean, such as Cuba.
The show will also have an important presence of travel agencies, shipping companies specialising in cruises, camping and rural tourism with an area dedicated to this practice, transport companies, industrial tourism, wine and food tourism and tourism product and service companies.
The event will focus on the major current tourism trends in sustainability, quality and experiences linked to the destination, culture, gastronomy, health and responsible leisure, such as Smart Destinations and Slow Travel.
