Correos has nineteen Citypaq lockers installed by the logistics company in the Canary Islands, which are located in post offices, shopping centres or companies, providing customers, employees or the general public with access to their parcel deliveries with ample time availability.
These lockers that Correos is progressively incorporating are designed to increase the ease of delivery of packages from online purchases. They have different sizes adaptable to the volume of packages and are also accessible for use by people with disabilities. Citypaqs can also be used for returns, making them the most convenient channel for online shopping.
Nineteen units of this service are already in operation on the islands, eleven of them in post offices and the rest in eight shopping centres or similar.
CITYPAQ OPTIONS
These intelligent lockers that Correos is progressively incorporating are designed to increase the ease of delivery of parcels from online purchases. Thus, this delivery solution offers customers the possibility of having access to their parcels during the opening hours of the place where they are located, which, in your case, can be 24 hours.
The Citypaq service does not require the user to register for the service. However, Correos provides the option of registration in its App, in the Citypaq option you can check the status of shipments, returns, associate lockers to favourites.
The user can choose the one in the city of their choice and set it as the delivery address when making purchases. Correos will take the packages to the selected locker and will send the user an email or sms with the opening code. With this code, the user can go to the device at the time and on the day that suits them best, open it and pick up their order.
