The Exhibition Hall of The Island Council of La Gomera will host until next Friday the painting exhibition ‘Taller 78’, a collection of works by eight amateur painters from different municipalities of the island who see painting as a leisure alternative, as well as a means of expressing themselves beyond words.
The exhibited works by Brígida Melián, Helga Zimmer, María Esther Cruz, Luis Amaya, Candi Armas, Karl Peter, Juan Alonso Herrera and Manuel Padrón, are oil paintings, freely themed and varied in their proposals.
This is the second exhibition of this group of painters, the first being in May 2015, at the Casa de Colón in San Sebastián.
