The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) has forecast the possibility of rain across the Canary Islands for the upcoming week. The rain is generally expected to be light and sporadic, with the exception of Tuesday, when isolated showers may appear in Tenerife and La Palma.
For today, Monday, 4 September 2023, the Islands will experience a mix of high and low clouds. These clouds are likely to become more concentrated in the east and southeast regions of the Islands, particularly during the afternoon hours. In these areas, afternoon showers are a possibility. Meanwhile, a slight decrease in minimum temperatures is expected, while maximum temperatures will stay constant.

Moving on to Tuesday, cloud cover is predicted to shift to inland regions, specifically on the southern and southeastern slopes. Isolated showers are possible in Tenerife and La Palma. For the remainder of the week, from Wednesday to Friday, Aemet anticipates the chance of light, sporadic drizzle.
