HALLOWEEN IN LA LAGUNA
Isla Calavera Zombie Walk: On the evening of All Saints’ Eve, the Plaza del Adelantado will transform into a haunted place. Starting at 17:00, there will be free make-up tents to give participants a classic zombie appearance. The zombie march will commence at 20:00, with prizes awarded to the most dedicated participants.
Halloween Night Party: Aguere Espacio Cultural is hosting a grand themed party on Halloween night, featuring live performances and DJs to revel in mystery, music, and fun.
CutreCon on Tour 2023 – Halloween Special: From 7:30 PM on Tuesday, October 31st, the Paraninfo of the University of La Laguna will become the epicenter of zetastic cinema, showcasing a double bill of films including Seytan and Lady Terminator, along with trailers for disastrous horror films.
Halloween Matinee: Starting at 5:00 PM, the Gallery Urban nightclub in the Quadrilateral is organizing a party for young people aged 12 to 17. It will feature music by DJ Adrian Glez, surprises, raffles, and a fancy-dress competition.
Halloween Festival: Día de Muertos, Noche de Finados (Day of the Dead, Night of the Dead): This cultural festival, running until November 4th, takes place in the Plaza de la Concepción and combines activities inspired by the Day of the Dead to promote cross-cultural understanding. It includes shop window competitions, Catrina parades, wine tastings, and more.
Finados – Recovering the traditions of the Canary Islands on the Night of the Dead: On November 1st, starting from 19:00, the Santo Domingo convent will host a series of dramatized activities guided by historian Néstor Verona.
SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE
Children’s activities: The Casa del Carnaval will host various children’s activities on the afternoon of October 31st, including a craft workshop to create themed elements, face painting, and storytelling of terrifying tales.
Terrifying routes: The Carnival House will be inhabited by characters from the world of Carnival, telling scary stories on the evening of October 31st. There will be separate routes for children (6 to 10 years old) and adults, each lasting 30 minutes.
Planet Halloween: Scheduled for October 31st at the back of the Auditorium, this spookyt celebration in Santa Cruz de Tenerife will run from 22:00 until 06:00, merging fun and fear in one thrilling night.
TENERIFE SOUTH
Horror House (Túnel del Terror) in Tenerife: At the Xanadú equestrian center in Arona, this terrifying event offers an intense experience in a slaughterhouse where actors play furious animals against humans. Not for the faint-hearted.
Halloween in Los Cristianos with the family: In Los Cristianos, the Zona Comercial Abierta (ZCA) has a special program for families on October 31st, including bouncy castles, magic tricks, musical performances, and children’s craft workshops for an entertaining and fun afternoon for the little ones.
Programme of events: Los Cristianos and Las Américas have a wide variety of events during this year’s spookiest season, such as costume parties, terror parades, celebrations in the old town, themed concerts, themed markets, fairs, and special activities for children.
PUERTO DE LA CRUZ
Halloween at Andana Beach Club: On October 31st, 2023, at 22:00, Andana Beach Club will be the place to experience a unique celebration filled with enchantment and fun.
LA OROTAVA
On both Monday, October 30th, and Tuesday, October 31st, the Town Hall is organizing nighttime tours of the municipal cemetery.
