Finnair is set to enhance its 2024 winter flight schedule by increasing services to several popular destinations, including the UK, Iceland, Portugal, and the Canary Islands.
Reviving its regular services, Finnair is reintroducing scheduled flights to Faro in Portugal, as well as to the Canary Islands’ Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, offering two weekly flights to each location. These routes were previously operated as charter flights. Moreover, the airline is upgrading its equipment for the Las Palmas route by deploying the spacious Airbus A350.
The Finnish carrier is also expanding its footprint in the British Isles with a notable increase in flights. Manchester will benefit from five extra weekly flights, while Dublin and Edinburgh will each receive two additional weekly flights. For those heading to the cooler climes of Iceland, Finnair is boosting its service with three additional weekly flights to Reykjavik.
