The weather forecast for the Canary Islands on Wednesday, 3 January, is as follows.

Today’s weather report from the State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) suggests a partially overcast sky for the Canary Islands, with occasional cloudy spells during midday, particularly over the northern inland areas.


Temperature levels are expected to remain stable, with highs peaking at 24 degrees Celsius in Tenerife and lows dipping to 16 degrees Celsius on El Hierro.

Wind conditions will be mostly gentle and changeable, with a tendency towards light breezes.

For Wednesday, 3 January, the forecast for Gran Canaria predicts clear skies with sporadic low clouds in the morning, mainly along the eastern coastline.

In Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, expect partly cloudy conditions with brief periods of low morning clouds on the east coasts, as reported by AEMET.

Temperatures are anticipated to increase slightly in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, ranging from a high of 24ºC to a low of 17ºC. As for wind patterns in the eastern islands, expect predominantly light breezes from the northeast.
