The upcoming weather forecast by the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) for today, Monday, suggests cloudy conditions will prevail in the northern parts of the islands, with a possibility of occasional, light rain showers. Conversely, the remainder of the regions will experience mostly clear skies, punctuated by intermittent cloudy periods.
Temperature-wise, there is expected to be little change, although a slight increase may be noted in inland regions. Temperature readings will vary, reaching a high of 22 degrees Celsius in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and dropping to a low of 15 degrees Celsius in Santa Cruz de La Palma.
Moderate northeastern trade winds are anticipated, intensifying particularly along the northwest and southeast slopes of the higher islands, as reported by Aemet.

In the province of Las Palmas, cloudy conditions are forecasted to dominate the northern areas of Gran Canaria, accompanied by a chance of light, sporadic showers. Other areas will generally be partly cloudy, interspersed with brief cloudy spells.
Temperatures are expected to remain fairly constant, with a possible minor increase in inland regions. The temperature range will span from highs of 22 degrees Celsius in Arrecife and Puerto del Rosario to lows of 17 degrees Celsius in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
According to Aemet, moderate trade winds from the northeast will persist, with increased strength observed on the northwest and southeast slopes of Gran Canaria.
