The Town Hall of La Orotava, through the area of Commerce and under the seal Saborea La Orotava, launches from this Monday 11th of March until the 19th of this month, the campaign ¡Papá, estás como un queso! on the occasion of the celebration of Father’s Day.
All those who make a purchase in shops in the Open Commercial Zone of La Orotava, between Monday, March 11th, and Tuesday of next week, March 19th, will be able to exchange their purchase tickets – worth 20 euros or more – for a wedge of semi-cured smoked goat’s cheese from the Benijos Cheese Factory.
The tickets must be exchanged at the wooden stand located on the bridge at Carrera Escultor Estévez Street, between 10.00 and 13.00 hours in the morning and between 17.00 and 20.00 hours in the afternoon, while stocks last.
It should be noted that shopping centres, department stores, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants and bars, state lottery and betting agencies and service companies, with the exception of hairdressers and beauty salons, are excluded from this promotion.
The councillor in charge of this area, Deisy Ramos, stresses that this commercial campaign is being relaunched after the great success it has had in previous editions, as well as the support given to shops and businesses in the municipality. This initiative also aims to promote the primary sector and encourage the consumption of local products.
