Transportes Interurbanos de Tenerife (Titsa), a company owned by the Island Council of Tenerife, will bolster services on a dozen lines from March 23 to 31 to enhance connectivity during Easter Week.
The company has particularly augmented services to beach areas to meet the yearly surge in demand.
The system will see increased frequencies on lines 014 and 015 (Santa Cruz -La Laguna), 122 (Santa Cruz-Las Caletillas-Candelaria), 138 and 139 (Santa Cruz-Radazul-Tabaiba), 050 (La Laguna-Bajamar-Punta del Hidalgo), and 369 (Buenavista del Norte-Punta de Teno).
Services will also be reinforced on the 111 (Santa Cruz-Los Cristianos-Costa Adeje) and the 343 (Puerto de la Cruz-Costa Adeje, via both airports).
Santa Cruz de Tenerife urban service
In collaboration with the Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council, Titsa will operate route 948 connecting Azanos, Almáciga beach, and Benijos free of charge on the weekends of March 23 and 24 and during the Easter holidays. Departures from Azanos will be available at 12:10, 13:00, 14:340, 15:30, 16:20, 17:35, and 18:25, with return journeys departing at 12:35, 13:25, 15:05, 15:55, 16:45, 18:00, and 18:50.
Line 910, linking the Intercambiador with Las Teresitas beach, will offer weekday services, with increased frequency.
Furthermore, route 945 (Santa Cruz de Tenerife Interchange-East of San Andrés) will expand the number of available places at regular times, while route 946 (Santa Cruz de Tenerife Interchange-Almáciga) will feature two extra departures from the Interchange at 10:55 and 13:10, and from Almáciga at 14:20 and 19:25.
