One of such examples is the III SPAWELLPLUS Golf Cup Beauty and Health in Tenerife held at Abama Golf, which was a resounding success, offering an unparalleled day filled with good company and memorable experiences for all attendees. This event combined sport, beauty, and well-being, making it a truly enriching occasion in every aspect.
With over 100 participants on the waiting list, including foreigners, nationals, and residents of the Canary Islands, the tournament showcased a diverse range of golf enthusiasts. More than 100 non-golfers also attended, enjoying various workshops throughout the morning, including Yogipilates, beauty and wellness sessions, and motivational and anti-aging coaching.
The day concluded with a networking event and a celebration of the tournament, featuring prizes for all players, live music from the Marianne Robiou Project, and a cocktail tasting of Canarian products such as cheeses, almogrotes, wines from Volcanic Experience, and organic foods from local producers.
The event featured numerous surprises, as highlighted by Elba Leandro, CEO of Spawellplus. Among the surprises were two Holes in One, with prizes including a Mercedes Victoria SL car and a 4-person Jacuzzi from Inteman Pool. Prizes were awarded to all players, adding to the excitement and celebratory atmosphere.
The success of this third edition was evident with over 200 attendees, including notable personalities such as former CB Canarias player Lucca Staiger, tourism councillors Dácil León (Arona) and Patricia Paulsen (Adeje), and presidents of various important associations like the Circle of Entrepreneurs of the South CEST, Tenerife Network, Aseme Canarias, Ashotel, and Fepeco.
To underscore the importance of this tournament and its role in promoting Tenerife as a destination for sports, health, and wellness, the city council of Guía de Isora and Tourism of Tenerife presented several awards. Abama Golf was recognized for its status among the top golf courses in Spain and Europe, and Brendan Breen was honored for his long-standing contributions to the world of golf in Tenerife.
