The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) forecasts a slight increase in temperatures in the Canary Islands for this Saturday, with thermometers ranging from a maximum of 25 degrees Celsius in Santa Cruz de Tenerife to a minimum of 19 degrees Celsius in Santa Cruz de La Palma.
In the north of the islands, expect cloudy intervals, becoming clearer throughout the morning, while the rest of the regions will experience mostly clear skies with some high clouds in the afternoon.
Temperatures are expected to rise slightly in inland areas, and a moderate trade wind will prevail, with strong intervals on the southeast and northwest slopes, especially in the late hours. Breezes will also be present on the southwest coasts of the mountainous islands.
Weather in the province of Las Palmas
In the north of Gran Canaria, cloudy intervals are expected, more compact in the early and late hours, while the rest of the areas will be partly cloudy or clear. Lanzarote and Fuerteventura will also experience cloudy intervals, more compact in the north, tending to clear skies during the morning.
Temperatures in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria will see little change, with a maximum of 24ºC and a minimum of 19ºC. The trade wind will blow moderately, with strong intervals on the southeast and northwest slopes, especially in the late hours, and breezes will dominate the southwest coast.
