The Repsol Guide has awarded 'Soletes con Solera' to 14 establishments in the Canary Islands, celebrating their enduring charm and traditional appeal.

The Repsol Guide has recently introduced over 300 new ‘Soletes con Solera’ across Spain, celebrating establishments that embody tradition and enduring charm. Among these is Guachinche La Morra in El Rosario, Tenerife, renowned for its authentic Canarian cuisine and high-quality meats. The menu features traditional dishes and grilled meats that highlight local flavours. Patrons have praised its friendly and attentive service, as well as its terrace offering scenic sea and mountain views.


In total, 14 new ‘Soletes’ have been awarded in the Canary Islands:

Since their inception in the summer of 2021, the ‘Soletes’ have recognised establishments across six categories: bars, taverns, cafés and patisseries, restaurants and eating houses, and wine and cocktail bars. This initiative celebrates businesses that have maintained their appeal over time and supports emerging ventures that uphold authentic culinary traditions.
