The State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) has released its updated forecast for Monday, predicting mostly clear to partly cloudy skies across the Canary Islands. However, calima, a hot, dry, and sandy wind, will continue to affect the eastern province, particularly in the midlands during the second half of the day.
In La Palma, cloud cover is expected to increase as the day progresses, with a likelihood of light rain in northern areas during the afternoon. In Tenerife, light frost on the highest central peaks cannot be ruled out.

Wind Conditions
- Winds will be light with a breeze, shifting northward in the evening.
- In coastal waters, variable winds of force 1 to 3 are expected in the western province, while east or northeast winds of force 3 to 4 will prevail in the eastern province.
- The sea will be rough to slightly choppy, with northwest swells up to two metres high.
