The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) has updated its forecast for the Canary Islands for this Monday, predicting predominantly cloudy skies, especially in the northern areas of the islands during the early morning and evening hours. Cloud cover will also increase in the southeast inland zones throughout the afternoon, while the mountainous regions are expected to remain mostly clear. Overall, there is only a slight chance of light and occasional rain.
Temperatures will show little variation compared with previous days. Minimum values will remain stable, while maximum temperatures may drop slightly. Across the archipelago, readings are expected to range from a high of 24°C in Tenerife to a low of 16°C in El Hierro.

The northeasterly winds will persist, becoming locally strong at times, particularly on the southeastern and far northwestern slopes.
